Villa Jardin is one of two magnificent Moorish villas situated right on the coast, close to St. Raphael, and approximately 40 minutes drive from both Cannes and St. Tropez. Designed and built in 1860, by the architect Chapoulard, it is one of the few listed properties on the Côte d’Azur available for rent. Together with neighbouring Villa Palais, it is ideal as a holiday base for several families, a large group of friends, or as a venue for a celebration or other special event. The two properties share an electric security gate entrance and parking area.

Set in large and beautifully maintained gardens with palms and flowering vines, right on edge of the sea, there is a heated swimming pool (12 x 5m) to the front of the villa surrounded by a large sun terrace, and there are pool toys available for children. There is also a heated jacuzzi with splendid sea views. Tables can be set up by the seaside for dining, or guests can dine near the pool. There is a fully equipped boat house with kayaks and small motor boat and snorkelling equipment, and there are larger boats available for rent.
