This very charming brand new villa is situated just off the Route de Tahiti, off the road which leads up to Cap de Tahiti. It is only 700 metres (15 minutes walk) from the beach and several good beach bars and restaurants. Access is up a 300 metre unsealed road and there is ample car parking space. Entry to the property is by security gates.

The house is set in a level garden, with flowers, shrubs and trees, including lavender, palms and olive trees. There is a small swimming pool (7 x 4m) and a covered area at one end of the terrace for relaxing out of the sun. Just outside the house is a pretty terrace with a comfortable seating area, furnished with rattan sofas and chairs, and also an outdoor dining area.

The interiors are newly decorated and furnished throughout in white and beige, and the floors are tiled with terracotta tiles. The living room is equipped with satellite TV (limited channels)and a CD machine. All rooms, including the three bedrooms, open to the garden. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be supplied for the bedrooms.

Entrance into the living room with dining area and fireplace. Glass doors open from both the dining and sitting areas to the terrace with outdoor sitting and dining areas. Newly equipped kitchen, with door to a little breakfast terrace. Kitchen equipment includes fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster and espresso coffee machine. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Guest WC. Master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom (bath and shower, and opening to garden and pool. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to garden. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to garden.
