This stunning property, originally built in the 1950s and redesigned by Oliver Messel in the 1960s, has been the subject of numerous articles in leading interior design magazines.

It has more recently been remodelled, extended and refurbished by leading English designer, Nicholas Haslam. It is situated right on edge of the beach in St. Peter with 200 feet long frontage to the Caribbean Sea, and surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens.

The accommodation consists of an Italianate pavilion and a separate beach cottage (sleeping two) which has its own private driveway and entrance.

Each house has a private gate to the beach and can be rented either separately or together. Within the ground there is a large swimming pool (48 x 23’), atennis court and a private gym. Watersports are available on the beach just outside the property.

There are two gazebos near the pool, one with day bed for relaxing in the shade. A covered open terrace with sitting and dining areas, and ceiling fans, overlooks the pool and garden.

The rooms are furnished with antiques and period oil paintings adding to the elegant ambience. The formal Baroque dining room seats 12 and has silver and crystal tableware.

All the bedrooms have air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, supplied with towelling bathrobes, hairdryers and small radios. Further amenities include fax, satellite TV with DVD player and VCR, cassette/radio/CD player, ADSL high speed internet access, safes, portable barbecue and various board games.

Children are allowed by special arrangement only.

Open-plan living/dining room with DVD player and CD/radio/cassette player. Well equipped kitchen with fridge, blender, juicer and microwave. Guest WC. Bedroom with twin beds pushed together. En-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Staff

Assistant Manager, butler, cook, maids, laundress, gardener and night watchmen.
